Liquid dosage forms plant
Boehringer Ingelheim Promeco has a new and modern plant that is equipped for the exclusive production of liquids with the highest standards of quality.
Since the organization of work is process-driven, independent work teams have been formed, which assume the responsibility to produce quality products aimed to a continuous production improvement and the involvement of all employees in the process.
This plant has the following installed capacity:
  • Unit of liquid preparation (four tanks of 5,000 lt., two tanks of 4,500 lt. and one tank of 2.500 lt.)
  • Unit of cream manufacture for 500 lt. (Moltomat).

Package capacity:

  • Lines of filling of bottled liquids of high and low volume of metering (IMA)
  • Filling of tubes / package line (Comadis)
  • Manual package line.
