Solid dosage forms plant

The use of gravity to vertically transport substances is outstanding. This is done in a completely closed environment, from the third to the second level, and from the later to the first one, thus eliminating the risk of contamination and optimizing both time and movements.
The solid dosage forms plant has been audited by many health regulatory authorities like the FDA, the TPD, the INVIMA of Colombia and the ANVISA of Brazil. Almost the 50% of the production is exported directly to USA and Canada.
The installed production equipment of this plant is:
  • Drying of fluidized bed (Glatt)
  • Granulated (Zanchetta)
  • Tablets (Fette)
  • Coated tablets (Brucks)
  • Automatic covering unit (Pellegrini)
  • Capsules fulfilling (Zanasi).

Package capacity :

  • Aluminum / PVC blister line (Marchesini, Gamma / Uhlmann)
  • Line of bottled solid forms (Kalish)
  • Aliminum and aluminum / paper blister lines (IMA).
